YTFactory — Automated Content Factory YTFactory was conceptualized and developed as a consultancy-led portfolio project to explore the intersection of AI automation and scalable content creation on YouTube. The goal was to create a systemized backend engine that could power faceless YouTube brands, media agencies, and solo creators aiming for consistent content output without creative fatigue. Rooted in a "factory" metaphor, YTFactory transforms the traditional video creation process into an automated production line — making it a dream tool for modern content entrepreneurs and digital investors. Project Scope: As a portfolio consultancy initiative, my role involved: Product strategy and concept design Automation pipeline architecture Frontend & backend stack decisions Integration of AI tools (OpenAI, FFmpeg) Optimizing workflows for scalability and ease-of-use Key Features: Topic-to-video automation AI-generated scripts, visuals, and voiceovers Smart scheduling and metadata optimization Dashboard to manage multiple YouTube channels Scalable for agency and solo use This project serves as a proof of concept for how AI and automation can reduce operational overhead in the creator economy while increasing output, quality, and revenue potential — making it a valuable case study for agencies and investors alike.
